For over twenty years, Insight has developed and produced highly sophisticated aiming and illumination, precision targeting, and night vision imaging systems, and has delivered millions of Mil Spec electro-optical systems that are being used in critical applications throughout the world.

Insight was founded in 1988 on the belief that a company that provided excellent products in a timely and cost-effective manner and was responsive to its customers’ needs could be successful. In April of 2010, L-3 Communications acquired Insight Technology Incorporated, which created the Warrior Systems Sector that includes EOTech, Electron Tube Operations (formerly known as EOS-Tempe, AZ), Infrared Products (IRP), and Applied Optics Center (AOC). Insight’s Founder and  President, Ken Solinsky, is leading Warrior Systems.

Together, L-3 Warrior Systems and Insight offer complete system capabilities, core technologies, Gen III image intensifier (I2) tube technology, focal plane arrays, thermal imaging cores, training, repair, and logistics services.
